The Monica Scarf has been designed by the talented Aniela Pickles (@yellyswonder). We have teamed up with her and created 3 colourway combos which are available in two fluffy bases.
The kit includes 3 skeins of yarn in your chosen base and the printed pattern.
About the scarf
This scarf is just the most scrumptious scarf to keep you warm on those chilly autumn evenings or freezing winter days. It is light and airy piece, a perfect project to play with colours. Using two colour work techniques, marling and intarsia creating beautiful checked pattern. It can be great stash busting project for all the odd skeins of mohair left in your stash or get carried away with beautiful colour combinations.

Scarf comes in one size 30 x 180 cm 12 x 70 inches.
Size can be easily modified to suit preference. This might require more yarn.

3 skeins in contrasting colours of Suri Fluff Fingering by Zakami Yarns (100% Brushed Suri Alpaca; 400m / 457yds per 100g ball) or Natural Fluff Fingering by Zakami Yarns (38% Baby Alpaca, 25% Merino, 37% Pima Cotton, ; 400m / 457yds per 100g ball) - 2 strands held together throughout

6mm needles - length appropriate to comfortably accommodate all stitches
Gauge
14 sts and 28 rows = 10 x 10cm / 4 x 4in in garter stich knitted flat after blocking holding two strands together.

Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches and variations between skeins should be expected. We dye and store all of our yarn in our smoke-free and pet-free home. Due to the individual nature of hand-dyed yarn, I would always recommend alternating skeins.

The skeins has been photographed in natural light to give you the best representation of colour, but please be aware that screens and monitors can differ slightly. I cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.
High quality acid dyes are properly set before washing and rinsing twice to assure the colour adheres correctly, however some bright or extreme colours may bleed slightly in the first wash.
