- The minimum order quantity is 2 skeins of the same colourway/base per order. Orders that do not comply will be cancelled and refunded.
- An order dyed specially for you will take around 6-8 weeks to proceed - if you order other items within the same order they will be shipped together.
- This product is a pre-order and manufactured on demand. It won`t be the subject of any return or exchange.
- The 10% discount on order of 4+ dye to order skeins will be applied at check out automatically.

Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches and variations between skeins should be expected. We dye and store all of our yarn in our smoke-free, pet-free studio. Due to the individual nature of hand-dyed yarn, we always recommend alternating skeins throughout your project.
- Animal fibres absorb dye differently depending on their structure. Some bases produce richer, deeper tones, while others create softer or more subtle colour effects. Blends that include reinforcing fibres such as nylon may show higher contrast or more defined speckling. Non-superwash bases often display more nuanced, painterly colour variation.
- The skeins have been photographed in natural light to give the best possible representation of colour; however, screens and monitors may vary. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.
- High quality acid dyes are properly set before washing and rinsed twice to ensure colour adherence. Some bright or intense colours may bleed slightly during the first wash.
