- An order dyed specially for you will take around 6-8 weeks to proceed - if you order other items within the same order they will be shipped together.
- This product is a pre-order and manufactured on demand. It won`t be the subject of any return or exchange.
- The 10% discount on order of 4+ dye to order skeins will be applied at check out automatically.

We thought of you! There`s a good chance that your favourite colourway is sold out in the shop or it is not available in your desired base. Dyed to order listings are a good opportunity to get your favourite colourway in your favourite base dyed specially for you.
- Non-Superwash (NSW) yarns behave differently in the dye bath, colourways on NSW bases will appear less intense. Prior to making your order please read more about our yarn bases by clicking here or email us via hello@zakamiyarns.com if you have any specified question.
- Due to the nature of hand-dyeing process hand-dyed yarn tends to vary both between and within dye lots. Colourways will vary much more drastically across bases due to the difference in plies, fibre content and also depending on whether the yarn is or NSW.
- The skeins has been photographed in natural light to give you the best representation of the colour, but please be aware that screens and monitors can differ slightly. We cannot guarantee that your device`s display of any colour will be accurate. In the pictures you will see the colour in our Suri Silk DK, Alpaca Air and Alpaca Linen.
- Please be sure to hand-wash all of your knits in cool water with a gentle wash.
