This kit is to make the beautiful Blinding Lights Sweater by the talented Roos Vlaskamp (@flaxfielddesign).

In the kit you will receive the amount of yarn you will need in Aran weight + a printed copy of the pattern (no PDF or any form of digital copy will be sent) + a stitch-in label.

This is a pre-order listing, the yarn will be dyed especially for you and will be ready to dispatch within 4-8 weeks. The price already includes 25% off.


Depending on the size you will receive:

Size 1 - 2: 9 skeins (6mc + 3cc) - 9 x 166m in total
Size 3 - 4: 10 skeins (7mc + 3cc) - 10 x 166m in total
Size 5 - 6: 11 skeins (8mc + 3cc )- 11 x 166m in total
Size 7: 12 skeins (9mc + 3cc) - 12 x 166m in total
Size 8 - 9: 13 skeins (10mc + 3cc) - 13 x 166m in total


Please choose from the following options:

Option 1:
Main colour - Hodr (soft yellow)
Contrast colours - Horus (gold/dark yellow), Juno (green), Odin (dark green)

Option 2:
Main colour - Persepolis (grey/black patches)
Contrast colours - Horus (gold/dark yellow), Cinnamon Stone (toffee brown), Amytis (bordeaux)

Option 3:
Main colour - Florin (pastel pink)
Contrast colours - Persepolis (grey/black patches), Cinnamon Stone (toffee brown), Juno (green)


Each of the skeins has the following dimensions:

100% Superwash Fine Merino (21mic)
100 g / 3.5 oz

3Ply construction

Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches and variations between skeins should be expected. We dye and store all of our yarn in our smoke-free and pet-free home. Due to the individual nature of hand-dyed yarn, I would always recommend alternating skeins.

The skeins has been photographed in natural light to give you the best representation of colour, but please be aware that screens and monitors can differ slightly. I cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.

High quality acid dyes are properly set before washing and rinsing twice to assure the colour adheres correctly, however some bright or extreme colours may bleed slightly in the first wash.
