PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:
- The minimum order quantity is 2 skeins of the same colourway/base per order. Technically any number of skeins can be added to your cart, however we require a minimums mentioned above. Orders that do not comply will be cancelled and refunded.
- An order dyed specially for you will take around 8 weeks to proceed - if you order other items within the same order they will be shipped together.
- This product is a pre-order and manufactured on demand. It won`t be the subject of any return or exchange.
- Superwash (SW) and Non-Superwash (NSW) yarns behave differently in the dye bath, colourways on NSW bases will appear less intense. Prior to making your order please read more about our yarn bases by clicking here or email us via hello@zakamiyarns.com if you have any specified question.
- Due to the nature of hand-dyeing process hand-dyed yarn tends to vary both between and within dye lots. Colourways will vary much more drastically across bases due to the difference in plies, fibre content and also depending on whether the yarn is SW or NSW.
- The skeins has been photographed in natural light to give you the best representation of the colour, but please be aware that screens and monitors can differ slightly. We cannot guarantee that your device`s display of any colour will be accurate.
- Please be sure to hand-wash all of your knits in cool water with a gentle wash.
