We understand the importance of finding the perfect skein which is why we provide actual photos of the skeins we have in stock.

Superwash (SW) and Non-Superwash (NSW) yarns behave differently in the dye bath, colourways on NSW bases will appear less intense. Prior to making your order please read more about our yarn bases by clicking here or email us via email@example.com if you have any specified question.
Due to the nature of hand-dyeing process hand-dyed yarn tends to vary both between and within dye lots. Colourways will vary much more drastically across bases due to the difference in plies, fibre content and also depending on whether the yarn is SW or NSW.
Thank you for your understanding.
Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches and variations between skeins should be expected. We dye and store all of our yarn in our smoke-free and pet-free home. Due to the individual nature of hand-dyed yarn, I would always recommend alternating skeins.
The skeins has been photographed in natural light to give you the best representation of colour, but please be aware that screens and monitors can differ slightly. I cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.
High quality acid dyes are properly set before washing and rinsing twice to assure the colour adheres correctly, however some bright or extreme colours may bleed slightly in the first wash.
